Jun 19, 2012 — Let’s take a moment to reflect on the state of Chicago sports. First, the Cubbies are in last place (again). The White Sox are barely hanging on to their division lead. The Bears…your hopes and dreams rest on the ever petulant Jay Cutler (he’s going to ‘get it’ this year!). And Derrick Rose will be out for a very, very, very long time.
But you love sports, and there’s no better event to watch than a scintillating NBA Finals series between the NBA’s top two guys (sorry, Derrick will be out for a very, very, very long time).
So we’ve rounded up a few Chicago sports bars where you can go to watch the NBA elite, ignore the Cubs, hope for a White Sox surge, and wait (im)patiently for football season to start.
