The midwest's premier hardcore punk and metal music festival, The Rumble is presented by Empire Productions, whose founder Shane Merrill has promoted and supported hardcore music in and around the Chicago area since May 10, 1997. Promoting over 30 shows per year as well as this annual showcase gives Empire the experience and knowledge needed to present the ultimate experience for supporters of true hardcore music! A fest has been something that Shane has been a part of since 1997 under various names, formats, and locations. The Rumble is a gift for all who have supported and continue to support hardcore music.
