Party Earth Review There’s always a line of stiletto-wearing ladies and sharply dressed dudes outside Paris Club restaurant, and though the swanky French eatery is itself ridiculously popular, most of these folks are waiting to get up the stairway in back that leads to Studio Paris. Patrons enter the rooftop club’s lounge area first, where ... more

Party Earth Review Marked by a sign with the image of a happy man hugging records and a tagline promising “the most fun you won’t remember,” The Hangge Uppe has been a prime Gold Coast spot for drinking, dancing – and more drinking – since 1973. A few stumbling steps from the wild bar scene of Division Street, the mostly 80s-themed bi-level ... more

Party Earth Review Named for its two separate entrances – one for the fans and one for the bands – Double Door is a simple club where music undeniably takes center stage. With its single long bar the only element that takes away from the open wooden dance space and a standing room capacity of only five hundred, it seems incredible that the ... more

Party Earth Review Situated at the far end of an unremarkable parking lot, Enclave is a cavernous dance club where the only indication that something exists behind the unmarked door is the line of sexy twenty-somethings gazing hopefully at the stoic bouncers. Party Earth Review The Beaumont Bar & Grill – more commonly referred to as just Beaumont’s – is open late. As in 5am late. As in, “Screw it, we’re already knee-deep in booze wannah dance” late. Although neon signs and affordable beer hint at the regulars from nearby DePaul University, the front room actually looks like a sedate neighborhood ... more

Party Earth Review The Gold Coast isn’t lacking in swanky lounges, but Proof turns the glitz up a notch with its intimate size and a focus on those three little letters glam clubbers love to hear: VIP. The clubs in Chicago run the gamut from big to small, rowdy to chill, and upscale to gritty. And though it’s more known for its sports and bars, the Windy City’s party-crazed denizens can find just about any dance-heavy den to meet their desires.
The hottest and most exclusive Chicago clubs can be found in either River North or the Gold coast where celebrities, athletes, business elites, and moneyed tourists mix and mingle to DJ heavy beats while long lines of micro-skirted girls and the men who love them wait impatiently until the doorman deems them hot enough to enter.
Most of the clubs in the city are not of the velvet-roped variety and there are tons of wild and crazy hangouts filled with flirty singles, bachelorette and birthday groups, and dance fiends simply looking to get their groove on – while over in Boystown, the gay clubs are jam-packed with buffed and bronzed Adonis’s until 4 or 5am.
Other Chicago nightlife spots include world famous jazz and blues joints, while Second City is the mecca of the Midwest comedy club scene.
