Two large TVs strategically positioned in the sidewalk seating area broadcast the latest sports scores, beckoning to passersby to stop in for the game and sip a few signature bacon Bloody Marys while they’re at it. Once caught, patrons can expect a rowdy game-fueled evening, where cheering fans crowd around the two full bars to pump their fists at over a dozen more flat-screens tuned to the action.

Comfy booths and narrow aisles of high-top tables on the ground and mezzanine levels are packed with couples and groups of friends chatting loudly over buckets of chicken wings, while on weekends, college kids make a beeline for the basement to down a few burgers and pints before sweating to a Top 40 DJ.

Diverse vibes, great cocktails, and a handcrafted menu make The Fifty/50 a sure bet for sports lovers, dance fiends, and diners alike – whether they’re in the mood for intricate cocktails and cozy nooks or forty-ounce beers and ball games.

Great wings, beers and sports...if you're into that

The Fifty/50 is technically a "sports bar" but despite the fact that I am in no way a sports fan I really enjoy the place. They have a wide array of bar food with chicken wings (traditional and boneless), burgers and sandwiches. All of the dinner items are pretty affordable, with the burgers usually going for under $15. Fifty/50 has a good craft beer selection for the beer snobs like me as well, usually ranging from about $5-$8; they have $3 PBR cans for the more frugal customers. I'd highly recommend Fifty/50 for a good time, the staff is very friendly too!
