And there’s nothing wrong with being the kind of person who knows the best stuff in the world comes in a can, especially when paired with nachos and thick hot dogs or at least something that will induce a mild coronary if you eat it too fast.

Sometimes, though, even the most hardcore hops hound gets a-hankering for something a little more complicated in his glass. It doesn’t matter why. Could be a special date you’re trying to impress, or a celebratory night with friends, or maybe it’s just simple curiosity as to what this whole mixology fuss is all about.
