The New England Patriots are a National Football League (NFL) team that plays games at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts. The stadium was built in 2002 and has a seating capacity of 68,756. Originally founded in 1959, the team moved from Boston to Foxborough in 1971. Patriots games are typically highly competitive affairs as they’re renowned for their high flying offenses and strategic play calling as they pit themselves against their East Division rivals in the American Football Conference (AFC). The Patriots have a successful history, winning multiple AFC Championships and Super Bowls and have fielded great players such as Tom Brady, Drew Bledsoe, Tedy Bruschi, Deion Branch, Kevin Faulk, and Adam Vinatieri. Pats tickets are usually sold out, but tickets can usually be found at steep markups on the secondary ticket market.
