BC Eagles Football

The Boston College Eagles are a Division I NCAA football team that plays games at Alumni Stadium on the Boston College campus in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. The stadium first opened back in 1957, has had multiple renovations, and currently has a seating capacity of 44,500 for Eagles games. The Eagles play in the Atlantic Coast Conference and have been tackling opponents since 1892, though they’ve had limited success on the field. Notable BC Eagles players include Doug Flutie, Charlie O’Rourke, Matt Hasselbeck, Mathias Kiwanuka, Mike Ruth, Matt Ryan, Mark Herzlich, Luke Kuechly, BJ Raji, and Art Donovan. Eagles’ tickets aren’t easy to come by as the student body and alumni network typically fill the stadium.
