The Scene

Bowling alley, pool hall, and raucous nightclub all in one, Jillian's is a three-story playground popular with young professionals, sports fans, students, and clubbers alike.

Bowling alley, pool hall, and raucous nightclub all in one, Jillian’s is a three-story playground popular with young professionals, sports fans, students, and clubbers alike.

Bowling enthusiasts will want to make a beeline for Lucky Strike on the top floor, a bowling alley fitted out with a mix of modern and 50s furnishings, backlit pins, high-tech video score panels, and a bar and restaurant serving burgers and mozzarella sticks.

The fun continues at Jillian’s on the second floor, where couples and groups mingle at the huge oval bar before descending on the thirty pool tables and array of dart boards, video games, and ping-pong tables for some spirited competitive gaming action.

On game nights, dozens of large-screen TVs and comfy sofas make for a perfect setting for ticketless Sox fans.

The biggest party, however, takes place at Tequila Rain, the first-floor nightclub whose special deals for the ladies attract plenty of girls’-night-out cuties and the frat boys who love them – especially on weekends, when the place explodes into a wild spring break frenzy.

A raised lounge and bar area on one side of the iron railing provides space for the high-energy guests to mingle and flirt over a few kamikaze shots before hopping down to the dance floor on the other side for some boozy moves to the DJ’s mix of Top 40 tunes.

No matter what mood patrons are in, Jillian’s promises enough games and good times to please everyone from pool sharks to party animals.

Fun All Around

Jillian's is a huge spot filled with people ages 18-mid 30s. It's a fun place to hang and listen to Top 40 music, bowl and play arcade games. It's fully equipped with flat screen TVs, strobe lights, and tables for pool and table tennis. It's fairly dark inside giving Jillian's that late-night club feel (there's a nightclub downstairs where the real party is). Definitely bring all your friends for a good night out!
A Really Good Time

I came here on a cold Saturday night with a group of friends and easily had a great time. Definitely enjoyed the quality and portions of my food. The place is huge. We had dinner then a game of pool downstairs. Upstairs is a bowling lounge which we would have gotten to if we had more time. Good for a gathering with many people because it is spacious. The food will not disappoint and the prices even for bowling and pool are affordable. Not too many places in Boston this fun.
Pool hall, bowling alley, sports bar and lounge.

The three floor behemoth of entertainment that spans across Jillian's, Lucky Strike and Tequila Rain has variety unparalleled in the city of Boston. The bowling alley totes a dark yet flashy atmosphere with an insane collection of large screen TV''s hovering over the lanes and the bar. The bar can be a killer, but if your not trying to kill your whole paycheck the four dollar Pabst tall boys are a solid option. There are full sized and smooth pool tables as far as the eye can see from the doorway on the second floor and Tequila Rain offers the club enthusiasts their chance to get lost in some music on the dance floor. If there is one thing on the list that's appealing to you then it's worth a go, if there is more than one then you may just have a new favorite spot.

Lucky Strike is a huge venue with 6 or 7 bowling lanes. The bar is massive two with giant TV's behind it. I have only been there once but I remember thinking everything was big and spacious. Tequila Rain is down stairs and more of a clubby scene. It is a younger crowd.
