Club ADS Concert Venue / Nightclub

Club ADS, or the Club An der Schillingbrücke (the Club on Schilling Bridge) opened in 2011 and is located in Berlin’s Friedrichshain.

Club ADS is the reincarnation of what was once Maria am Ostbahnhof (Maria at East Railway Station), or Mary on the Shore. This club, located in a former post office, was forced to close in 2011 when the city of Berlin sold the land for the construction of new hotels and office buildings.

Located in a former factory building, the venue is known for mostly catering to fans of electro, breakbeats, techno, minimal house, experimental, and dub music. Past events at Club ADS have included performances by The Bloody Beetroots, 2ManyDjs, Miss Kittin, Laurent Garnier, Jeff Mills, DJ Krush, Roni Size, DJ Assault, André Galluzzi, DJ Mehdi, and James Holden.

Other concerts at Club ADS have included shows by the Beastie Boys, Black Eyed Peas, Sting, The Strokes, Jamie Lidell, Peaches, and Ween.
