The Jerusalem International Chamber Music Festival at the Jewish Museum Berlin Description

Music and culture lovers celebrate iconic classical works and revived works by Jewish composers at the annual Jerusalem International Chamber Music Festival. Held for six days in April, the Jerusalem International Chamber Music Festival takes place at the Jewish Museum in Berlin.

Musicians and soloists from the Vienna Philharmonic and Berlin Philharmonic perform works by classical giants like Beethoven, Mendelssohn, and Schubert. The Jerusalem International Chamber Music Festival also features works by composers who have been largely forgotten due to imprisonment, expulsion, and persecution. Past featured composers include Pavel Haas, Gideon Klein, and Erqin Schulhoff, all of which were murdered by the Nazi regime.

Tickets to the Jerusalem International Chamber Music Festival start at around €20 per person.
