Berlin is known for being one of the most LGBT-friendly cities in the world. To celebrate sexual and relational openness and freedom, Berliners flock to the annual Berlin Pride Festival.
Since 1979, the Berlin Pride Festival, or CSD Berlin, has been held on a day in June at venues throughout Berlin including the Xenon Cinema, Sunday-Club eV, and the Berliner Kriminal Theater.
The Berlin Pride Festival features a wide range of events from lectures to club nights. Film buffs can take in queer film screenings while LGBT job seekers can apply to companies with open work cultures at the MILK Fair.
Events at the Berlin Pride Festival range from free to around €36 per person depending on the event selected.
