Yorckschlösschen Jazz Club

Yorckschlösschen is a jazz and blues club located in Berlin’s Kreuzberg district.

Yorckschlösschen’s history stretches back over a hundred years under the same name. In the 1960s, it was a Viennese café, but in the 1970s it began gaining notoriety when local artists and other creative types began using the place as their local watering hole.

Yorckschlösschen specializes as a venue for traditional jazz, swing, and black rhythm and blues with cheap live concerts – tickets at Yorckschlösschen are never more than 6 Euros – every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Past performances at Yorckschlösschen have included acts by the Old Fish Jazz Band, Donna Brown’s Black Pearl Jazz Quartet, the Mike Russell Band, Fuasi Abdul, Les Belles Du Swing, and London Phillips.

Yorckschlösschen also has a large outdoor seating section and lush beer garden. Food can also be ordered.

Indoor seating capacity at Yorckschlösschen is around two hundred.
