Party Earth Review: For late-night hip-hop parties, the massive 2BE club is the place to be on the weekends. From the outside, the club looks like an abandoned warehouse, but inside patrons find a quasi-stylish space where DJs spin rap and hip-hop and the crowd keeps the energy going until the sun comes up. Just around midnight, an animated clientele – some dressed casually, some flaunting their trendy urban style – pack the main room, which features whitewashed walls, a spacious dance floor with prominent DJ booth, and music loud enough to rattle the exposed rafters. A small lounge area with comfortable white leather booths and some private VIP tables occupies one corner of the room, while an outdoor area provides a place to grab some burgers or chicken from the grill and take a little break. Open only in the summer, the terrace features umbrella-covered tables, a small swimming pool, and a second DJ spinning reggae. For a hassle-free club experience and some of the best beats in town, 2BE is definitely worth putting on the must-see list. ... read full review |
