But you don’t share the same agent as Brad Pitt, you don’t drive a Maserati, and you aren’t a smoking hot bombshell with a Rodeo Drive wardrobe (or just don’t like leaving your guy friends behind). So you’d rather not deal with the hassle that goes with trying to get into a high-end club.

But everyone from Congress to Wall Street to Parliament loves a good loophole, and that’s what clubs that double as restaurants provide. These places serve up a full menu of options – and usually good ones at that – before the late night action heats up.

Come in with your friends and order a dinner slightly before the kitchen closes, and you’ll be killing two birds with one stone…or should we say with one bill. Fill up the tanks for the booze-filled night ahead and skip out on that dreaded cover charge all at once. Some clubs have drink specials early on as well, so after dinner you can down that liquid courage as the dressed up crowds start to spill in.
