If Bar Rescue has taught me anything, and it has, it's that you need to get those taps that automatically do the perfect pour at the perfect temperature.

I love this new trend of taps being built right into the bars. Though it does eliminate a friendly bartender passing out free brews.

312 is delicious from Goose Island, and that old Heineken tap in #16 is really cool. However, I would have named this article "I'd Tap That"
