Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) is the world’s premier electronic music conference. Organized by the Amsterdam Event Foundation, a part of the Buma Cultuur, which is a non-profit organization that promotes both international and Dutch electronic artists, ADE showcases every genre and subgenre of electronic dance music (EDM).ADE started in 1996 with 300 delegates in attendance and performances by 30 DJs, but now attracts over 140,000 visitors from more than 60 countries.
