Muse has been perfecting the art of dramatic stadium-worthy rock since 1994. With Matthew Bellamy’s brooding lyrics, Christopher Wolstenholme’s dancing bass lines, and Dominic Howard’s driving beats, Muse has earned numerous awards and rock fans from all around the world. Since the 1999 debut of Showbiz, the band has evolved and infused their sound with a broad variety of genres ranging from classical orchestral music to electronica.

In 2003, Absolution gained Muse international attention and acclaim with its theatrical flair and sheer intensity. With their hit single, “Starlight” from Black Holes and Revelations in 2006, Muse shot to number two on the US Modern Rock Tracks chart and was nominated for a Mercury Prize. The band has sold over 15 million albums and show no sign of stopping anytime soon. Their 2009 album The Resistance was nominated for three Grammy Awards and won in the Best Rock Album category.

With the release of The 2nd Law in 2012, Muse incorporated elements of electronic music into their orchestral rock sound. The album hit number one on the UK Albums Chart and one of the singles, “Survival” was named the official song for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.
