The Comedy Theater in de Nes is a comedy club located in the Nieuwe Zijds neighborhood of Amsterdam. Situated in a former tobacco auction house, the building was eventually converted into a theater. With a capacity of 250 people, the venue is now one of the biggest and most popular comedy clubs in Amsterdam.

Opened in 2007, Comedy Theater is home to three comedy companies: Comedy Explosion, Op Sterk Water, and Now & Lauw. The venue also regularly hosts other national and international comedians, such as The Umbilical Brothers from Australia.

Aside from comedy shows, other events at Comedy Theater include cabaret and burlesque performances and live music concerts.

Past concerts at Comedy Theater include performances by Tom Beek, Theeves, Vonder & Bloom, and the Amsterdam Jazz Orchestra.
